Barney Flores is the President of the Southwestern Association LBC #026. This includes the East Texas Boxing area. If a gym chooses to participate in an event out of our LBC, you must contact Mr. Flores via email and let him know which boxers you are taking to participate in the event as well as the dates. This must to be reported to Mr. Flores for the boxers to be covered by USA Boxing Insurance.
